Shipping information:
We handmake every item to order. Once ordered your item should arrive to you within approx. 7 days. Items are handmade & shipped from the UK. Duties are included in your purchase price so you will not have to pay for these on arrival. Once an item has left us you will no longer be able to cancel the order (you can cancel it before this time).
Returns information:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer pays return shipping to a USA mainland address
- Full refund (minus shipping)
- Refund processed once received back
- Refund back to original payment method
- Processed within 5–10 business days
